No. If you already have an established Google Business Profile, you can choose the service that fits and get started directly.
Which route is right for my business?
Choose reviews for a consistent request and follow-up process. Choose rankings + reviews when you also want managed Google Business Profile and local Maps work. For ranking eligibility—especially service-area businesses—check with us before buying. Setup scope and fair-use limits apply; rankings are not guaranteed.
What should I bring to onboarding?
Access to your Google Business Profile, a supported CRM or eligible customer list, and a team, project, or business photo. We’ll confirm how your requests will work before launch.
Will every customer leave a review?
No. We make asking and following up easier, but customers decide whether to leave a review and what to say. There are no guaranteed review counts or rankings.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. See our cancellation and refund terms for details.
