Your starting report and the monthly report

At setup, we run a new 13×13 map check for each service. That is your starting report. It comes a day or two after your call. Then you get one every month. Each one is checked against your first. Maps can take months to move. So each report also shows the work we did. Missing data says “not available,” never zero. Do you go to your customers? Then your maps center on the area you serve.
